RETURNS :

REFUND POLICY :

Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit only.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A payment processing fee of 5% of the order value (minimum $5 USD) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

  • If unused within 1 year, it will expire and cannot be renewed.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS :

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage or is not in original condition

  • Customized or made-to-order garments

  • 100% Pure Silk Sarees

  • Jewelry pieces

  • Orders placed using store credit (partially or fully)

Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return, exchange, or additional discounts.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason.

How soon will I receive my Store Credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. After approval, your store credit will be issued to your registered email address.

Once you receive your store credit code, apply it at checkout in the “Coupon Code” section and click “Apply.”
